天线座架非均匀温度场及热致变形研究

Study on Non-uniform Temperature Field and Thermal Deformation of Antenna Alidade

  • 摘要: 针对天线座架由于太阳辐照引起的非均匀温度热致变形问题,建立了天线座架环境参数模型、太阳辐照参数模型以及座架结构几何模型,可实现多种工况下天线座架结构热力学仿真。基于综合模型对天线座架温度特性进行了分析,在天线座架结构上布设24枚光纤光栅温度传感器,实测温度数据与仿真温度场的相对精度高于85%,验证了仿真方法的正确性。结合推导建立的天线结构位移场到天线方位轴偏差的几何关系和实测温度特征数据,可实现由实测温度到座架结构变形的快速计算,并对天线座架轴系偏差产生的原因进行了分析,为天线座架热致轴系偏差补偿提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of non-uniform temperature thermal deformation caused by antenna alidade under solar radiation, environmental parameters, solar irradiation parameters and the geometric model of the alidade structure are derived, and the thermodynamic simulation of antenna alidade structure under multiply operating conditions is realized. Based on the integrated model, the temperature characteristics of antenna alidade are analyzed. 24 fiber Bragg grating temperature sensors are installed on the antenna alidade structure, and the relative accuracy of the measured temperature and the simulated temperature field is higher than 85%, which verifies the correctness of the simulation method. Combined with the geometric relationship between the shift field of the antenna structure and the data of the deviation of the antenna azimuth axis and the measured temperature characteristic data, the rapid calculation of the deformation from measured temperature to the alidade structure is realized, and the causes of the deviation of the antenna alidade shaft are analyzed.
