Abstract: We first briefly explain the physical meaning of equal-length transmission optical-fibers, as well as a few schemes of realizing such optical-fibers. We then determine from analysis the requirement on length errors. We also list two methods for measuring lengths of optical-fibers. Phase errors of the fiber transmission for the CSRH are analyzed and calculated. We finally describe some measurement methods of optical-fiber phases.
