Abstract: From the meterological observations in Yunnan province provided by Yunnan Meterological Bureau in the past ten years, the area with better clear days in Yunnan Province appears in the counties of Huaping, Binchuan, Yaoan and Yuanmou.This area is important for the survey for the satellite observation stations.Based on the mentioned materological data above, it is found that the region with good clear days is located in the east of the city of Dali and the north of city of Chuxiong.The meterological data during 1950 to 1980 were also used to prove conclusions above.
