Abstract: Over the years, the Yunnan Observatory of Chinese Academy of Sciences has accumulated nearly 16000 sunspot drawings. It is necessary to establish a complete system of query and statistics for scientific management and statistical analysis of these massive data. Digital data, including sunspots records of nearly 90000, the effective data records of more than 100 million. The system provides a platform for data management, data retrieval, and statistical analysis of data. With the data management system, the sunspot related parameters can be long-term statistics.
