Abstract

According to the data analysis from 39 meteorological stations around the Tibet area, author suggests that the typical less cloud area is located in Dingri, Jiangzi, Rikaze and Lion Spring River regions, but each location has its own advantages and disadvantages for the astronomical climate condition.
