Observational Comparison of Seeing Measurments with the DIMMs

Two sets of the DIMM have been already used for the seeing observations at the Yunnan Obervatory and the Gaomeigu Station. The Comparison of the measurements by using the DIMM and lm telescope profile have been made at the Yunnan Observatory. In the first half year of 1995 the observational data had ben obtained at five nights. The resultS show that seeing measurements by using two methods are correlated. Comparisom have also been made for two sets of the DIMM at 8 nights with 125 r₀. It is shown that the seeing measurements with the two sets of the DIMM are correlated and the error for the two systems is less than 1%.
