Abstract

The external corona was observed using the photography method during the total solar eclipse at Mohe on March 9, 1997. The observational data was disposed using the Astro-nomical Video Image Colleting Processing System. The shape and structure of the external corona in solar activity minimum are analysed initially in this paper.
