The Performance Measurement and Improvement of the Speckle Image Detecting System in Yunnan Observatory

Some problems in the Speckle Image Detecting System built at Yunnan Observatory in 1995 are discussed in this paper. Since then the measurement of the sensitivity and electronic shutter parameters of the ICCD has been made; the controller of the ICCD has been re-built; and the data acquisition system has also been improved. Some observational results by using the improved system are also presented.
