Motion Trajectory of a Geostationary Satellite in theCoordinate System Wobbling with a Buoy

  • Ocean buoys are a type of modern ocean observational facilities.Buoys can collect reliable data about oceanic environment under all-time and all-weather conditions, and can transmit data to a ground station with communication satellites (mainly geostationary satellites).Under external influences, such as oceanic current and atmospheric circulation, a buoy may wobble to any direction. In this work we study the motion of a geostationary satellite under the coordinate system wobbling with the buoy, and consequently give corresponding calculation method of the motion trajectory, which can be used to guide the beam-shape design for antenna of buoy communication.
