Displaying FITS Images by Programs in Windows/VC++

FITS is a standard format of data file widely used in astronomy for the transport, analysis, and archiving of data files. It is of real importance to develop a convenient and valid software to process FITS images under the Windows environment. The history, evolution and development of FITS are briefly described in this paper. We give certain detailed description about displaying FITS images by programs under the Windows/VC++6. 0 environments.
