Firstly this article discribes the conceptions of the proper time and the coordinate time, and the definition of TT.Two important realizations of TT TAI and TT (BIPM)are analyzed.The characteristic of frequencies of EAL and PFSs are alse analyzed in quantity.TT(BIPM),EAL, and TAI are compared in time domain to open out the error existed in the frequency accuracy of TAI.
