Abstract

The method of the two way satellite time transfer(TWSTT) is described in this paper.The signal delay estimation from the ionosphere effect,receiving and transmitting systems,the satellite transfer and the Sagnac effect are introduced.The high precision result is obtained by using data sets in Kunming Station and Lintong Station datas selected at random.
