Determination of the Instrument Profile of the Solar Spectrum Telescope

A method for determination of instrument profile of the solar spectrum telescope is described in this paper.The instrument profile is measured with a He-Ne single-mode laser device as its light source.A half width of the instrument profile is 0.049Å and the profile is in symmetrical pattern.The theoretical estimation of the half width in the profile is 0.043Å.showing that the instrument is successful in design,making and optical adjustment.
