  • The principle of the method of Iterative Least-square(Building Block) proposed by Hofmann et al. is introduced briefly. A pretreating programme for estimation of the area size of the image of an observed object by the speckle interferometry or another way is posed. Putting blocks in the limited area is achieved and a great quantity of blind iterative steps of putting blocks will be avoided. The experiments of astronomical high resolution image reconstruction showed that the efficiency of the Building Block is raised obviously.
