Abstract
According to the most recent ephemerides, Uranus and its satellites will pass by two bright stars during Sept. 6-11, 2001. The two stars are among Hipparcos Catalogue(star number 106829) and ACT Catalogue(AC2000:2588165), respectively. During this period of time, the shortest angle distance between the Hipparcos star and Uranus will be 5.90. The shortest one among the distances between the star and each Uranian primary satellite(Miranda, Ariel, Umbriel, Titanian and Oberion) will be 2.08. The CCD observations on a telescope with a long focal length will be of great importance for this very close conjunction phenomenon.
