Abstract
The inclined Highly Circular Orbit(iHCO) communication satellites, which are on their orbits 150-300km above the Geostationary Earth Orbit(GEO),can build the navigation and communication constellation of Chinese Area Positioning System(CAPS).This paper analyzes the orbit evolution of the iHCO satellite under the influence of a variety of perturbation forces and the bias of the satellite injecting orbit, which can be used to optimize the design of the iHCO and provide a reference for the optimization of the CAPS constellation used of the iHCO satellites.
