Abstract
Considering the multiple sensor measurement points and the vast monitoring data of the health monitoring system for the main active reflector of FAST, a data processing flow and processing method is introduced. The data collected by the system, such as temperature, stress, wind speed and the cable force is processed. Correlation analysis of the data is carried out by using polynomial regression. Based on this method, the effect of temperature variation on the corresponding forces is identified. At the same time, the correlation between stress of the ring beam and cable force and temperature under different conditions is analyzed. The analysis results show that the beam structure stress and temperature are highly correlated, and in the condition when the cable net being unchanged the ring beam stress is mainly affected by the temperature, while in the condition when the cable net being changed the ring beam stress is mainly affected by cable force. Through the data processing we can identify the main factors that affect the structure of the internal forces. And the effect of temperature changes on the stress of ring beam is separated effectively, to provide data support for later operation and maintenance.
