Abstract
CMOS cameras are important solid-state imaging devices. As the performance of scientific CMOS cameras continues to improve, they are now widely used in scientific research. The imaging devices of the New Vacuum Solar Telescope (NVST) are also using CMOS cameras. Therefore, the establishment of an astronomical CMOS camera test system is of great significance for the acceptance of new CMOS cameras and has a high value for the regular detection and maintenance of existing CMOS cameras. This paper describes the hardware components of the astronomical CMOS camera test platform. Taking advantage of the direct control of the corresponding equipment by the controller, a design scheme based on TCP/IP protocol and serial communication is proposed to meet the requirement of equipment control in actual test. A multi-threaded parallel control system is designed by using C# programming language to realize remote parallel control to each device in the LAN. Through the operation test of the equipment, the results show that the system can manage the operation of each equipment and meet the requirement of the integrated control of the test system.
