Abstract
Using a high-speed camera produced by different manufacturers and interface types to form a unified control image acquisition system will greatly increase the difficulty of development. This paper introduces the hardware structure and software development scheme of an image acquisition system consisting of USB3 interface CCD camera and GigE interface CCD camera. On the hardware side, images are captured simultaneously from two cameras by an external image triggering signal. In terms of software, the development kits of different cameras are used for secondary development. After the system is running, the control and acquisition interfaces of the two cameras pop up, and the camera configuration is performed by human-computer interaction. Both cameras can work independently or simultaneously. The image acquisition system experiments show that the system works normally, and the time difference between the two cameras' single-frame image acquisition at the workstation is about 15 milliseconds.
