Abstract
With the continuous development of laser measurement technology, the total station with the reputation of “measurement robot” has incomparable advantages in measurement accuracy, flexibility, speed and convenience. As the main measuring equipment in the FAST, how to overcome the influence of atmospheric refraction, understand the dynamic measurement performance of total station, and realize high-precision fast scanning measurement and high-precision dynamic tracking measurement are the key and difficult points. In order to overcome the influence of uncertain factors in the measuring process, it is necessary to know the degree of influence. This paper introduces the research and development of the “organ shield motion platform”, the experimental and data analysis methods. The measurement accuracy and real-time performance of total station in the field environment are evaluated. Through the experimental test, the time delay of the total station is between 195 and 295 ms and the measurement accuracy is about 5.3 mm. This conclusion provides basis for subsequent error correction.
