Abstract
The discription and statistics of the spots, neutral lines of the longitudinal magnetic fields, flares, x-ray bursts and radio bursts in Sunspot Group No.80569 (Boulder 2776) on Nov. 1-13, 1980, are given. The result indicates that a newly emerging magnetic tube of force expanded continuously on the western side of the neutral line of the longitudinal magnetic field of the old spotgroup in the active region. The S polarity region of the tube also continuously expanded towards the N polarity region of the old field, which had a direct effect on the eruption of a series of homogenous flares in the active region. The probability of the x-ray bursts increased when the flare bright ribbons covered the spots with S polarity of the newly emerging magnetic tube of force.
