In this Paper, A 35-cm telescope is introduced in brief, the measured values of the optical technical indices and the precision of tracking of the telescope are given.The light energy of 90 per cent of the telescope focuses within the limits of 2."13 are second and the visnal limiting magnitude is 13.^m2.
