TO Build Up the Inertial Coordinate System with A CCD (Ⅱ) The Determination of the Scales And the Correction for the Turning of the Measured Coordinate System

In this article, the method is described for measuring the scales of the two coordinate axes of a CCD plate through astronomical observations and the nonperpendicularity of the axes. The correction formulae of the turning of the axes and plane of the measured coordinates of each plate with respect to the ideal coordinate system in the course of the overlap exposure are also derived.
