Abstract
In this paper, the process of the experimental observation is described and the program of the calculation is also gived. We obtain thai the precision of the realtive position of a galaxy with respect to two reference stars measured by the CCD is ±0.050, the standard deviation is ±0.022 and the accuracy is ±0.044. Thereby, it is proved feasible to accurately determine the realtive position of a galaxy with respect to only two reference stars by using the "overlap exposure method" with the CCD.It is hopeful to determine the correction of the processional constant by observations made at two epochs of 10yr interval.
