Analysis of Determining Stellar Positions And ERP with the Stellar Interferometer (Ⅲ)——Achieving of the Observed Quantity τ
Two successful examples abroad are briefly introduced in the first and depending on them, the possibility of achieving the observed quantity-time delay τ is analyzed. The domestic constructed stellar interferometer, in which specialities should be have is projected.
