The Analysis of Short Wave time Receiving Data

The paper presents an analysis of the short wave time receiving data from 1982 to 1985 in our observatory is presented in this paper. The maxmum standard deviations for the annual and phase fluctuations are 0.16 ms and 0.26 ms respectively. A preliminary analysis for the effect of some factors on the accuracy of short wave synchronization and anomalous phenomena is also given in the paper.
