The Stabiliey of the Time Delay of Short Wave Transmission And Its Adopted Value
A calculation of the tinie delay of short wave transmission according to the time recieving data is precented in this paper.The result is 4.92 ms which is in good agreement with the theoretical one. It also gives a further evidence for 5 ms time-delay correction being relevant to our situation.
