All-Star-Adjustment Method for Compiling An Almucanter Observational Catalog

The all-star-adjustment method for compiling up an equal altitude initial catalogue is proposed to meet the needs of the observation of stars in the region with a longer rainy season. The results of dealing with the one year's observations, obtained with the Type Ⅱ photoelectric astrolabe of the Yunnan observatory, by means of this method are given and it is proved that the principle of the method is correct and the method is feasible.
