Systematic And Accidental Errors in A Catalogue

From the sources of the systematic and accidental errors in a catalogue, the methods for dealing with the two kinds of errors in the observational and fundamental catalogues are described in this present article.The numerical-rgaphical and analytical methods for determining, the systematic errors are emphatically introduced.
