    Abstract
  • A sunspot group emerged in the north-east of the solar disk in Dec.1988(the solar disk coordinates are N26, L277; YR88374; AR5278). In the following day, on Dec. 13, almost in the same latitude, lied to the east of the group 88374, a new sunspot group was found (located at N24, L267; YR88376; AR5280).
