Abstract
In this present article, the MEM analysis of the data of the solar neutrino flux and the solar activities(including the sunspots, flares and proton events) obtained from 1970 to 1979 is made, and the cross-correlation functions and the epochs arc also found, with the results showing that the solar neutrino flux and the solar activity both nearly have the 11-year period. The solar neutrino flux has the same psriods of three, two and about one years as the solar proton events do. Among these periods, the 3-ycar one has the dominant position for the solar neutrino flux and has also the important position for the solar proton events. And the solar flares of above importance 2 has. an about 2-year period. From their cross-correlation functions and epochs one may obtain the following results.(1) There is a positive correlation between the solar neutrino flux and the solar activity.(2) For the about 11-year period, the sunspots and the flares have a time delay of 47 months with rospect to the solar neutrino flux, and the solar proton events have a time delay of 41 months and(3) For the 3-year period, the time delay of the solar proton events is 10 months.By combining our results with the observations and analysed results obtained by other astronomers on the solar diameter and the solar magnetic fields, the causality is obtained between the changes in the solar neutrino flux and the solar activities and it coincides with the physical proccesses in a standard solar model, and the possible mechanism of the causality is also discussed in this paper.
