Computer "WINDOW" Functions and Special Tools for the Astronomical Measurement
How to make a special tool for the astronomical measurement by using the modern computer "WINDOW" functions is briefly introduced in this paper. As an example, the window tool "db"(i. e. the display and box treatment), which was made by the author in the University of Maryland, is presented in detail.
