A Method for Measuring the Luminosity of the Solar Halo

From the significance of the observation and research of the solar corona, the necessity of setting up the observation of the solar corona at the Yunnan Observatory is explained in this present article. The measurements of the luminosity of the solar halo shuld be needed in order to construct a coronagraph. The principle and feasibility of a measuring device for the solar halo are also presented.
