Abstract

Ⅰ.Introduction The Active Region 5395 of high latitude(N33) was extraordinary for both oflarger solar events and their remarkable geophysical phenomena. During the disk pas-sage of Active Region 5395 in March 1989, it was the greatest sunspot group appeared from solar cycle 20.
