Abstract
Introduction The D-region effects of ionosphere during the solar event have been mostextensively studied by observing the changes in characteristics of the VLF and LFpropogation, which provides a sensitive indicater or solar flares1,7. It has been foundthat there is a close correlation between the "Sudden phase anomaly"(SPA) of VLF or LF signal and the Solar flare.
