Abstract
This paper mainly discusses the variation of cosmic ray intensitycaused by solar flares in Mar. and Aug. 1989. Qualitative comparisonand analysis have been made for the events in Mar. and Aug. especiallyfrom the difference of the variation of cosmic ray intensity in BeijingTokoy, and Guangzhou, and the anisotropic character of cosmic rayintensity from East to West direction recorded by the scintillator telescope in Guangzhou. It is found that though the events of decreaseof cosmic ray in Mar. and Aug. both coused by solar flares, there aredifference between two events, either in the shape of the decrease of cosmic ray or in the energy distribution of the falling particles.1989 is one of the years of the nationwide joint observation for the 22' Max. The scintillator multi-directional telescope in Guang-zhou Observatory took part in the work.
