Asymmetrical Field of the Hα Profile of the Post-Flare Loop System of 1984 February 18 and the Total Radiation

Abstract
From the calculations of the asymmetrical factors of the Hα profile and the Ha total radiation of the post-flare loop system of 1984 February 18 carried out by means of the spectroheliographic spectral data of the system, the asymmetrical field of the profile and the distribution of the Hα radiation of the loop prominence system arc quantatively given in this paper. The calculated results show that 1) the fact that the asymmetric factor P of mot of the profile of the system is less than 0.5 indicates that the Hα profile of the whole loop prominence system is basically or approximately asymmetrical, 2) the Hα profile of the whole loop prominence system mainly shows up a the violet asymmetry, 3) the profile at the place where the matter, move at the visual velocity of red hift presents the violet a ymmetry, 4) the calculation of the profile asymmetry carried out by using the asymmtric factor P are better than those obtainsd by means of the tradifional bi cetion method and 5) the total radiation of the loop preminence system is 1031 erg.
