Gravitational Effect of the Celestial Object with Electrical Charge or Magnetic Charge
Based on the R-N metric, the effect of the gravitational field of the celestial object with electrical charge or magnetic charge on gravitational shift and radar wave timelag is disscused in this article. The results show that the charges weak the two effects.
