The New Method for Determining the Graduation-Error of the LLMC

More Information
  • Received Date: July 26, 1994

  • The previous methods to determine the graduation-error are introduced and analysed in this paper. The superiority and the shortcoming of the fixed angular distance method are also discussed. A new method named as the combination of the fixed angular distances is proposed. The precision of the graduation-error by using this method is about ± 0.009 arcsecond.
