An Intelligent Simulation and Detection System on Molecular Clump of MWISP Measured Data

  • In modern astronomy, the molecular clumps are considered to be the birth region of stars. The detection of molecular clumps and comprehensive studying of their properties can help us understand the formation process of stars and the evolution of the Galaxy and the Universe. As the progression of the Milky Way Imaging Scroll Painting (MWISP) and the rapid accumulation of measured data, it is necessary to develop an intelligent simulation and detection system for accumulated data of MWISP. The system provides a platform for molecular clump intelligent detection, simulation modeling, parameter reproduction, 3D visualization, and data storage, etc. With the system, researchers could easily and quickly detect and visualize the observed data of MWISP, and better study the physical properties of molecular clumps.
