The Balance of the Current Filament in the Two Solar Active Regions

  • The variation and the vertical motion of the filament current in the two solar active regions McMath 10662 and McMath 10607 have been studied by using the equation of forec-balance in the vertical direction under the Kuperu-Raadu Model. The relation between the filament and the flare has been probed as well. The obtained results show that: (1)the prominence model with mirror current is fitted in description of eruption of a prominence; (2)the length of the filament probably has less relation to the height of the flare eruption, however it is possibly related to the energy restores in the filament.
