Optical Positions of Radio Sources IERS 0716+714 and IERS 0839+187

With the CCD System at tached to the 60 cmoptical telescope at Beijing Observatory, the optical positions of radio sources IERS 0716+714 and IERS0839+187 are presented in this paper. The positions in the FK5 system are determined in terms of reference stars from the cataolgue of Carlsberg Automatic Meridian Circle (CAMC). The internal accuracy of the positions is of the order of 0."19. Our results are also compared with other optical and radio catalogues.
