The Stability Analyses of Sunspot Numbers R_Y and R_L

The sunspot numbers R_Y in Yunnan Observatory and the joint numbers R_L in China are compared with the International System R_I and the mean values, q(Y)= 0.93004±0.00472 and q(L)=0.91409±0.00444, are obtained, respectively, by deleting the"accidental error" numbers in R_L larger than that in R_Y. In the reduction of the joint sunspot data in China an observational data point should be taken as a reference form which part of the supplem entary data is reduced to keep the whole data set in relative stability.
