PI 1024 CCD of Yunnan Observatory

  • A PI 1024 CCD has been used with 1 meter telescope in Yunnan Observa tory telescope. The complete system is composed of a computer, an ST-138 contro ller and an LN/CCD detector. The config uration of the system is as follows: CCD Model:PI 1024 TKB, thinned back-illuminated CCD Manufacturer: SITe CCD Format: 1024×1024 Pixel Size:24×24 microns Active Area: 24.6× 24.6 mm Full Well: 420.4 ke Scan Rate : 50, 100, 150K Hz Readout Noise:6-10e Spectral Range:260-1080nm QE: 40%-80% (400-800nm) Dark Charge:0.00025e/pixel-second (-120℃) Non-linearity: <1% CTE : > 0.999999 Non-uniformity: %1(top), 0.9% (center) , 1.0(bottom) Gain: 9.2, 5.0, 2.4e/ADU A/D: 16bits No point defect Viewing field: 6.5' × 6.5' Resolution: 0.38/pixel LN hold time >20 hours Pum ping down, filling the dewar and experiment timing are also intro duced in this paper.
