The Vertical Angle Transmission of the LLMC

The precision requirements of zenith distance of the LLMC during its observation along meridian and along prime vertical after the scientific CCD is equipped in the future is described.The structure of the vertical angle transmission mechanism and unloading mechanism of the horizontal axis equipped for decreasing the wear and tear of the pivot are introduced.The existing problems of the vertical angle micrometer system and unloading equipment, and the influence of these problems upon observational results are analyzed.The corresponding way to resolve these problems is proposed.
