Abstract

Abundant millisecond spikes have been observed with high time resolution (1ms) at 1420MHz, 2000MHz and 2840MHz during a great type Ⅳ solar radio burst on July 30, 1990. The spikes have short durations and weak flux densities, resembling the previous reports. In this paper, the characteristics of the spikes are introduced in detail. The time profiles of spikes are analyzed statistically.
