The Building of the Theodolite Observation Work Flat

This soft ware project was finished by the end of 1997. It is used to improve the observation automatization on all observation station in the Artifical Satellite System, and can greatly reduce the work to manage different kind of data. It possesses some functions, such as e-mail receiving and sending, data collection and managemant, mensuration for static systematic errors, and can be applied on all observation stations in the Artif ical Satellite System.
