Design and Implementation of a Wide Dynamic Range Four-Channel AGC Circuit

This paper describes in detail the design and implementation of a 4-channel automatic gain control (AGC)circuit. The dynamic range of the AGC and input bandwidth are very wide so that it can be used to measure broadband relative signal powers. The paper first gives the scientific objective of the AGC and subsequently discusses the principle and the application of the circuit. The test result of the circuit is finally presented.
