The FPGA Realization of a DDC System Based on Analytical-signalProcessing and Its Application in Astronomy

  • This paper describes a design of digital down converter system for analytical-signal processing in an astronomical radio receiver based on FPGA.Several schemes for obtaining the flexibility in frequency sampling are discussed.Furthermore, the application of the flexible frequency-sampling system in astronomical observation is discussed.
