Research and Description about the Cycle of Solar Active by Mathematics

  • In this paper, the progress of research on the cycle of solar activety is summarized and analyzed. The length of the one cycle of solar activity has ranged from only a few day to nearly hundred years, but the sunspot cycle has a prominent mean period of 11 years. The cycle length from a few days to several monthes is possible in the peak period of solar activety, the cycle and is helpful for the medium-term predictions of solar activity and research on the weather. The various kinds of mathematical description for the prominent mean period in the 11 years of solar cycle are also introduced in tihs paper.
